Every Nomos-T watch purchase comes with our 30-day, money-back guarantee so that you can be sure your new Nomos-T timepiece meets your expectations. Our accessories and other fashion wearables (sunglasses) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to return your watch or other product, please send an email to support@nomos-t.com and provide the following information:

1. The email address associated with your order
2. Your order number
3. Your return reason code (choose from below):

CR = Changed Mind
NA = Not as Pictured or Described
BP = Found Better Price Elsewhere
MS = Other (please describe)

A Customer Care representative will email you a Return Authorization number and free return shipping label. Please note that we accept returns for products purchased through nomos-t. com only, that are in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included). Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.

EXCHANGES

An exchange can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. The item you wish to exchange must be in pristine condition, with all original packaging and units. You may exchange your order for an item of equal or lesser value.  You will be refunded the difference if the exchange is for a lower-priced item and bill you the difference for a higher-priced item.  Shipping fees will be applied to the exchange based on the shipping destination.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.
