Warranty & Repairs
Only valid for purchases made from Nomos-t.com. Nomos-T warrants this watch (except the power cell, case and its components [including crystal, stem, crown], bracelet and its components [including clasp, links, pins, screws], strap and its components or any accessories) to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to meet the timekeeping accuracy specification in the instructions for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
If the watch exhibits a defect through normal use, Nomos-t will at its option, either regulate, adjust, repair or replace the movement, as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned during the warranty period.
Customer is responsible for all transportation costs (including, but not limited to, postage, insurance and packing materials) incurred in presenting or sending the watch to our Service Center. If sending the watch, do not include any packaging you wish returned as all shipping materials are discarded upon receipt. In case of a warranty, the repair and the shipping back of the repaired items are covered by Nomos-T.
WHAT THE TWO-YEAR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
(a) Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
(b) Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the Instructions.
(c) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear or accident.
(d) Moisture damage to a watch not marked ‘water resistant’ on the case back or damage from moisture in ‘water resistant’ models that is a result of opening the watch, broken or damaged components.
(e) Damage caused by the consumer’s failure to have the watch serviced at the consumer’s expense in accordance with the following schedule of regular maintenance.
(f) Battery changes are not considered a warranty repair service.

For warranty repairs, the defective watch or product must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via email@example.com. In your email, please specify your name and order number, and provide a detailed description of the issue.
If our team approves your repair/warranty claim please mail the watch or product back to the following address.
With your return please attach a note with your order number, return address and the issue you are having should be shipped along with your product.
We recommend mailing it back with USPS First Class and providing us with the tracking number via email so that both the customer and our staff knows when it arrives at the service center and there is no confusion. Once the watch is received please allow 1 - 2 weeks for the our team to complete the service.
What if my watch/product breaks out of warranty?
If your timepiece or product is damaged in a manner not covered by our warranty terms, please email our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) and arrange an out-of-warranty repair for a reasonable fee.
